Client Training Manager

The Student Loan Corporation is one of the nation's leading originators and holders of student loans guaranteed under the Federal Family Education Loan Program. The Student Loan Corporation also holds student loans, including CitiAssist Loans that are originated under alternative programs and are not insured under the act.


Design & Develop targeted training modules and program based on need of audience. 
Use internal and external resources to develop and administer soft skill training programs.
Provide training for school customers at various schools across the country and at Industry Conferences.
Train Citibank employees on products and processes. 
Provide Sales department staff with training as requested. 
Manage Professional development service i.e. courses offered; scheduling, tracking usage of Professional Development services.
Conduct training for small – large groups. 
Travel will be required 50 - 75 % of the time.
Write articles for Financial Aid publications. 


This position may be located in Rochester, NY or anywhere in the US. 

Required travel 50 -75% of the time3-5 years experience in design and delivery of training.  Proficient in computer skills as needed to design and deliver progressive training presentations.  Exceptional communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.  Excellent Organizational skills. Proven ability to motivate others.  Works well with others.  Proven problem solving skills.
