Compliance Development Specialist I

Edward Jones is seeking a Development Specialist for the Compliance Training & Communication Department to assist in designing, developing and facilitating compliance training programs and compliance communications.

Responsibilities :
-Develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes of Compliance Division associates.
-Facilitating prepared curriculum of compliance courses to division associates.
-Determine the needs of, design, develop, deliver and evaluate training curriculum to accurately represent management directives and new initiatives for Compliance associates.
-Plan, develop and facilitate compliance training and communications to firm audiences through a variety of communication and training mediums.
-Facilitate compliance review and approval of firm training materials.
-Lead special projects to completion that contribute to department objectives.

Requirements :
-A bachelor's degree in business or a training-related field is preferred.
-Past experience in managing multiple projects is required.
-Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles is required.
-Financial services industry compliance experience is preferred.
-Must posses strong verbal and written communication skills
-Must work well with a team Series 7 license preferred
