Curriculum Developer

Job Responsibilities:

 

Assess training needs and design training programs and curricula. Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop learning objectives and training content. Develop print and electronic training materials and associated performance support. Use off-the-shelf software to develop instructional media and content. Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, and deliver classroom training programs as needed. Perform other duties and special projects as may be assigned by management.

 

Education/Experience

 

Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university; graduate degree in instructional design, adult learning theory and practice, or instructional technology preferred. Two to four years of Instructional Design experience. Exceptional technical and business writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel required. Experience in multimedia development applications a plus. Strong analysis and information gathering skills. Ability to organize large amounts of information quickly, and then turn that information into professional, learner-centered instruction. Ability to perform comfortably in a deadline-oriented work environment and to execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
