The Data Curriculum Developer will be responsible for data sales training curriculum development including the launch of new data products and special data training programs for all sales channels. The focus will be on closing sales skill gaps and customizing new data product launch materials as they relate to data attainment goals. Additionally, this position will focus on creating and developing detailed data device training that includes cross selling and troubleshooting skills to support a stellar customer experience. Data Curriculum Developer will act as the subject matter expert for our division, interact with outside groups to develop targeted data training programs that will be measured against sales results. Responsible for strategizing, implementing, maintaining, designing and developing training to support special data training programs.

General Description:
-Develop targeted data curriculum for all channels.
-Develop needs based training as it relates to data products and services.
-Develop data training curriculum for specialty groups such as the data sales teams.
-Perform needs assessments to gather skill gaps and create training plans commensurate with goals and objectives for the sales organization. Create and coordinate high level data programs to support new devices.
-Support and customize HQ data product launches.
-Create and maintain data training documents on shared drive, through training communications.
-Manage and communicate data results to all sales channels.
-Manage special data program reporting and ensure report accuracy.
-Manage grievance process and ad hoc reporting for the data programs.
-Maintain data program e-mail box and intranet site.
-Act as liaison with HQ for the data programs.
-Strategically plan training initiatives by channel to support the data certification program per quarter.

Qualifications:
BS in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Business Administration or equivalent work experience required.
3- 5 years of successful sales, experience required.
Demonstrated sales curriculum development experience.
Successful project management experience with multiple projects containing varying time frames.
Established effective coaching and leadership skills.
Experience in designing and developing training programs using multiple delivery methods including e-learning, instructor lead, self study and blended learning.
Practical understanding principles of adult learning.
Experience working with training measurements and analysis tying effectiveness directly back to business indicators and results.
Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple projects.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (with all levels of the organization.
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills; plus proven relationship building abilities.
Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.
Wireless communication experience.
Multicultural marketing experience a plus.
Detailed oriented.
