Customer Service Senior Rep

Description:
1. Efficiently handle complex and specialized calls in the inbound call center.
2. Be an advocate for our members through the service quality initiative.
3. Demonstrate good decision making skills and problem solving techniques.
4. Be prepared to support the department in a temporary Technical Coach and/or Coaching Corner Coach role.
5. Maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy.
6. Assist in the development of Customer Service Associates.
7. Promote a one-call resolution as well as a one-CIGNA environment.
8. Identify training needs of the department and help create and facilitate the training.
9. Be accepting of leadership opportunities when presented.

Hours: 9am - 10pm (various shifts - most are 2nd shift, some flexibility is required).

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Minimum of 5 years strong customer service experience, preferably within the call-center environment
5. Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least 6 months, and must be meeting or exceeding all metrics.
