Customer Service / Support

If you are interested in a Customer Service position in a relationship development contact center environment and would like full-time work schedule (M-F) and a great work environment - we have the position for you!

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Associates who will be responsible for promoting our educational conferences to high achieving students, their parents and other members of the community. We will rely on you to provide excellent customer service by responding to any questions or concerns related to our conferences and build relationships with participants as well as potential future participants.

Specific responsibilities include:

Build relationships with students, their family members and mentors via the telephone, online live chats, posting on message boards, and responding to correspondence through the mail, e-mail and facsimile.
Assist in managing program enrollment capacity via outbound calls for incomplete applications and wait listed scholars, and processing transfers and enrollments for wait-listed scholars.
Maintain database of student information.REQUIREMENTSCustomer service and/or relationship building experience required.
Must be comfortable spending a minimum of 6 hours per day on the phone.
Must be articulate and have professional-level oral and written communication skills in English in order to communicate at an appropriate level with our high-achieving students and their family members.
Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new databases.
Ability to prioritize the department?s needs and handle numerous projects simultaneously.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environ
