Teachers, Managers (Retail & Restaurant), Weight Loss Couselors/Consultants,

and Person-to-Person Sales Professionasl are wanted to fill DIRECTOR positions

in our growing Educational Learning Centers.

DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (But are not limited to):

- Manage and drive center revenue & profitability

- Grow existing client base

- Plan, coordinate & manage center day-to-day activities

- P&L management 

- Develop, motivate & manage your team 

- Community-based & school-based marketing

- Communication with parents & school professionals

 

 

QULAIFIED APPLICANTS will possess:

- 4-year bachelor's degree

- Exceptional communication, organization & leadership skills

- Polished & professional demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

 

COMPENSATION:

Directors are compensated with a competitive base salary, commission plan, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K plan.

We want Directors who are experienced, able to build and manage a team of dedicated full-time and part-time staff members, and have a proven track record of achievement in previous sales, management and educational positions. 

 

The success of your center will rely heavily on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students while selling the Huntington Learning Center philosophy.
