Dealer Performance Manager

Budget Truck Rental has excellent career opportunities and is currently looking for a Dealer Performance Manager to work in the Ft. Myers, FL area. This position is responsible for territory growth through new dealership sales. Will audit dealer performance through standard performance reviews across all appropriate operational, financial and marketing measures. Will conduct regular performance audits, ongoing communication, as well as, provide training and other assistance as needed. Will identify and pursue new dealership opportunities, and pro actively sell to all qualified potential dealers. Will operate as a liaison between dealerships, and Company management, for all operational, financial and inventory news, needs and issues, such as inventory reconciliation, asset placement, dealer conflicts, and pricing issues. Will coordinate and lead all market team meetings and counsel meetings for territory as well as, provide operational, marketing, and maintenance assistance to dealers as needed.  Will perform other duties and assignments as assigned. Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors degree
3 plus years experience in sales, inventory management, territory management, field maintenance, and/or field operations, particularly in the traffic/ transportation related field is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
Strong organization skills along with a good eye for detail
Ability to influence others to increase performance levels
Proficient computer skills
Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate team to continuously improve performance
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings
