Our Post Secondary Educational facility in the Muskegon Michigan area is looking for an individual that has the vision and drive to assist in producing tomorrow’s skilled workforce. The Director is responsible to plan, organize and direct Career Services, Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid functions along with monitoring student outcomes and curriculum delivery. This is accomplished through careful administration and delegation of human and financial resources, at the campus level while meeting the companies’ business objectives. Bachelors in Business or related field and at least 5 years progressively responsible management experience in an educational environment necessary.

 

Preferred candidates will possess

-  4 year college degree

-  5+ years of progressively responsible management responsibilities

-  Superior communication skills

-  Effective organizational skills

-  Budget Experience

-  Polished & professional demeanor

-  Experience in an educational environment

-  Computer knowledge including; Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer

-  Ability to plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities
