Join our team as the Director of International Student Services, which serves as both the manager of the Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions office and the administrative head of the Kaplan English Programs division. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Manage the international student application process, ensuring a high level of agent and student satisfaction while efficiently managing department resources.

-Manage accounts payable and receivable for the agency business, including ensuring commissions are paid on-time and minimizing outstanding accounts receivable.

-Lead the replacement of the international student enrollments database to improve customer service and application processing efficiencies, in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

-Manage the international student services budget and provide expense management support to the General Manager.

-Lead the maintenance, development and communication of Kaplan Test Prep regulatory policies pertaining to international students in coordination with the General Counsel?s office.

 

Qualifications:


- Bachelors Degree required, MBA a plus.

- 4+ years experience in an operating environment with a passion for service and business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop/lead teams.

- Self-initiative, strong communication and operations skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in process management and productivity improvement.
- Must be able to handle numerous projects at one time and prioritize them effectively.
