Director, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Design, manage, and evaluate leadership, technical training, and organization development programs.

?  Conduct organizational assessments and needs analysis to determine human performance and learning gaps associated with mission-critical strategies and organizational objectives.

?  Drive usage of common learning approaches and facilitate best practice sharing across the organization

? Serve as an organizational development consultant for leaders and cross-functional business units in development of a high performance work culture.

? Lead the instructional design and performance development processes.

? Develop instructor materials, student materials, technology solutions, evaluation protocol, and project management standards.

?  Develop and track metrics to determine program success.

?  Manage vendor relationships related to Learning and Organizational Development programs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

?  Bachelor?s Degree in HR, Psychology, or Learning and Development.  Master?s degree is preferred.

? 7-10 years experience in Training and Organizational Development, preferably in a business-to-business environment.

? Experience in complex organizational development/change management processes as well as technology-based learning.

? Proven proficiency in client consulting, relationship building, team coaching and development, analytical and critical thinking, project management, negotiations, presentations, and group facilitation.

?  Knowledge of traditional and emerging human performance improvement technologies, and effective adult learning principles.

?  Demonstrated flexibility and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
