Learning Sciences International is the developer and provider of highly effective professional development non-credit and graduate credit programs for K-12 educators. LSI is seeking candidates for the Director of Graduate Programs to lead our graduate programs group. The work is engaging and rewarding and where you make a real difference in children?s lives through upgrading the skills of classroom teachers. Suitable candidates will be well organized, able to flourish in a fast-paced environment, and be continuous, life-long learners. Experience in marketing graduate programs, K-12 school administration, educational publishing, or professional development is preferred.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

? Drive enrollment growth in established programs

? Identify market needs for new and innovative programs

? Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies

? Manage recruitment and admissions efforts

? Coordinate processes with university partners

? Build and lead high performance teams

? Develop business models for profitable programs

 

Candidates should possess:

 

? Clear understanding of the market and drivers for graduate enrollments

? Business-minded decision making skills

? Understanding of school culture

? Clear and concise communication style

? Experience leading high achieving teams

? Experience organizing and coordinating projects and multitasking

? Track record of meeting commitments and deadlines

? Advanced Degree supported by a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
