Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness

 

Argosy University is a rapidly growing, predominantly graduate institution serving twelve-thousand students from campuses throughout the United States. Argosy University is a component of Education Management Corporation (EDMC) a dynamic leader in postsecondary education.  Over eighty percent of Argosy University?s students are enrolled in graduate programs at the doctoral and masters level in four areas of concentration: psychology and the behavioral sciences; business administration and information technology; education and human development and the health sciences professions. Argosy University offers limited, but rapidly growing offerings at the associate and bachelor degree levels in health sciences, as well as the other fields of emphasis.

Currently we are seeking a Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness. This person will direct a broad range of planning, research and evaluation processes in support of the university's academic and administrative efforts. Will coordinate the collection, analysis, and interpretation of selected institutional data. Provides systems for the dissemination of information; and, coordinates responses to external surveys from governmental agencies and associations. Supports all program and school accreditation efforts.

 

Position Requirements:

? Minimum of Master's degree required, Ph.D. preferred.

? Three or more years of experience in institutional research, planning and effectiveness.

? Substantial experience in higher education environment preferred.

? Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
