Director of Development

To perform the following functions:Develop and execute student recruiting and enrollment strategies for SES tutoring programs in a defined market Solidify and build relationships with consistent long term follow-up with civic organizations, local schools, faith-based organizations and community based organizationsEnsure required financial reports and supportive paperwork are completed on a monthly basisParticipate in the development of, and subsequently the implementation of, effective incentive programs for students to ensure high attendance rates in our SES courses
And will be rewarded with the following:Highly competitive base salary Extremely lucrative incentive compensation plan with tremendous earnings potential with no cap Full benefits package
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) Prior sales experience Prior experience in the K-12 education industry Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation and organizational skills Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Significant travel throughout region
