Director of Theraputic Preschool Program

The Help Group is currently seeking a Director to oversee our theraputic preschool program. For at-risk children who are emotionally or behaviorally challenged.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in early childhood education, staff training, community relations, outreach, and administrative oversight. Clinical background (MFT, MSW, PsyD) desired. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Direct all clinical and programmatic components of the program to ensure service quality and continuity.
*Supervise all aspects of client casework including intakes, case assignments, documentation, referrals, and billing.
*Maintain program attendance, while monitoring program budget and expenditures.
*Oversee the hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of all program staff.
*Develop policies and procedures for effective program implementation and evaluation.
*Serve as primary contact for funding and referral sources.
