District Educational Manager - Chicago North/Wisconsin

As the District Educational Manager reporting to the District Manager, you will:

<UL><li>Conduct initial training of educational programs with new directors

 

<li>Recruit Directors of Education

<li>Conduct instructor training workshops

<li>Identify areas of development to improve efficiency of center operations

<li>Monitor key stats and insure goals are attained

<li>Communicate information to each center in a timely fashion

<li>Strategize with team to improve methods of center communication

<li>Improve efficiency of center systems.

<li>Coordinate your efforts with the District Manager to provide a cohesive support team to your market.

BA degree and at least five years education experience preferred. Teaching certificate, training and management experience are required.
