E-Learning Project Manager

The E-Learning Project Manager is responsible for the strategy, assessment, design and delivery of stand up, blended, and eLearning programs that cover pest control industry training and certification, as well as general personal and professional improvement training for the organization.  As the project manager, you will select the team members, define roles, and set project goals and timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain course material on the Learning Management SystemWork closely with key stakeholders to assess training development needsWork with subject matter experts in developing course contentWork with outside vendors as needed for the development of content, visuals, and audioResponsible for the overall quality of the instruction and interactivity; producing courses that adhere to adult learning principlesHas working knowledge of authoring tools

 

Educational Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design

Experienced Required:

?  3-5 years experience in instructional design to include blended and E-Learning

?  Excellent instructional design skills are a mustProject management with instructional development backgroundKnowledge of adult learning principles
