We have an immediate need for key people to fill the position ofEducation / Events Coordinator in El Segundo, CA.

 

General Description:

The Field Sales Coordinator will be the main contact /support/coordinator for Education team and Sales Account Executives for Professional and Retail Business.

 

Primary Job Functions:Responsible for ordering of supplies for educators and training center.Maintain and update external educational calendar.Coordinate educational events with national events. Prepared workbooks, handouts and promotional pieces for national and regional training?s.Responsible for the shipment of trade show seminars supplies and workbooks.Assist with follow-up calls to salons/attendees regarding education events/seminars.Print and mail all certificates for national seminars.Maintain records on trip reports, comp forms, paid time of forms, and seminar evaluations from each educator.Monitor car stock and supplies orders.Answer direct response inquiries and web e-mail inquires.Maintenance of Training Center including kitchen. And other duties as assigned. Professional AccountsCoordinate education requests with Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives and Murad Educators.Confirm educational events with confirmation letters and event posters if applicable.Responsible for shipment of gratis and workbooks for all trainings.

 National AccountsCoordinate education requests with National Head Account Executives and Murad Educators.Confirm educational events with confirmation letters and event posters.Responsible for shipment of gratis and workbooks for all trainings.National SeminarsFacilitate all hotel event orders.Responsible for all sign ups and registrations for all Murad national seminars.Create invitations for national seminars. Ensure seminar sign-ups are sent letters of confirmations to all registrars.Responsible for sending update registration sheet to account executives and educators prior to the seminar.Monitor seminar sign-ups to the VP of Education and Regional Directors. Monitor sign up sheets for all national seminars.WeeklyMaintain a weekly educator?s calendar update sheet on Educators trainings scheduled for the week for Professional and Retail Accounts.  Print and all education personal touch requests forms with reports.Check and review all expense reports.MonthlyRe cap of all monthly educators training?s. Re cap of all seminars costs and total attendees.Respond within 24 hours to all direct inquiries.

 

Attributes:Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Team Player Attitude.Complete Computer Proficiency; to include E-Mail, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point. Independent Accountability.Must be flexible.

 

Education Requirements:Current Aesthetics license is preferred.2 - 4 years similar experience preferred.Occasional travel is required.
