EDUCATION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as Education Department Manager and auto technology subject matter specialist
Assists with campus tours and visitations
Schedules, coordinates and, if necessary, covers classes
Trains and teaches company values to employees
Assists in evaluating and disciplining instructional staff
Active in the instructional hiring process
Monitors classroom and labs to ensure quality education is delivered
Motivates and develops instructors to deliver top quality customer service and education
Works directly with the TTL in the areas of responsibility

Requirements:

? 5 years experience in a leadership role holding an instructor or management position (management experience may be substituted with technical expertise)
? Strong background in automotive drivability and undercar
? Completion of AA or AOS degree preferred
? Level 4 in CBSD modules or satisfactory progress towards completion
? High School Diploma / GED
