About the Position:
 
The primary responsibility is to manage the design of educational solutions that meet the educational needs of Kronos customer audiences. Interface with Engineering, Service Planning, Service Management, Product Marketing and Education Management.

Responsibilities:Manage the task analysis development for customer and internal training roles. Manage the instructional analysis for each role. Recommend the appropriate curriculum solution that leads to certification. Interface with Product Specialists, Marketing to assess needs. Create team environment with Content Development to develop learning content. Create environment to assess feedback and continues improvement of curriculum.


Required Education and Skills:

The Education Curriculum Manager must have a Bachelors Degree. Use of instructional design methodology is required. This position requires a minimum of 5 years in corporate education managing a staff of 10. Developing business process learning for a professional services organization or software company required. Certification program development a plus.

The position requires knowledge of and experience with internet-based distance learning principles and knowledge management. Experience in the development of reusable learning objects or learning content management system.
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to details. Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with others in a fast pace environment. Must be able to coordinate and organize tasks and activities to ensure that project schedules and development goals are met.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
