EDUCATION SUPPORT COORDINATOR
The Education Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of classroom training in Hyperion training centers and at client sites throughout North America.

The Delivery Coordinator will learn about Hyperion products, the training scheduling process, and deployment process for new courses in order to coordinate accurate and timely delivery of course materials. Responsibilities include: order course materials for all product classes; work with shippers to ensure delivery; maintain accurate inventory lists for course materials; communicate with printer on special orders and quality issues; enter class details into the learning management system; assist in setting up local classrooms for upcoming classes; manage print and shipment costs within budget, review and approve invoices; manage local inventories to reduce print costs; handle associated purchase orders.

QUALIFICATIONS
This part-time position is ideal for a candidate who has a minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a fast-paced business setting. Training experience is preferred, but a track record of excellent attention to detail is essential. Candidate needs to be a quick study and have solid organizational and time management skills to maintain the fast pace of the position.

4 year degree or equivalent experience
