The Marketing Team is a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm based in Baltimore, MD. We have a growing client base and some exciting expansion goals for 2006. We will be opening our third location in November and plan to open four to five more locations by July 2007.

The Marketing Team is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to help us with our expansion. These people should have above average communication ability and leadership skills. This person should be self-motivated but also work well in a team environment. Typically people with educational training excel with us in a management capacity.


Candidates will be hired as entry level marketing representatives for the Baltimore area with rapid advancement opportunities in management. Our training program is designed to cross-train the right candidate in all aspects of business and marketing as well as in corporate communication and team leadership. The focus is to prepare them for a position as the general manager of a location, overseeing the marketing for a Fortune 500 client and supervising a team of 20 employees.


Responsibilities in this program include: Sales/Marketing Team Leadership Sales Training Human Resources Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques Oversee Campaign Development Manage Customer Service, Administration, and Sales Personnel
