Educational Advisor/ Recruiter

DeVry Univeristy is a division of DeVry Inc., a regionally accredited international higher education leader offering Master's, Bachelor's, and Associate's degree programs in technology, business, and management. It is comprised of 23 university campuses and over 50 adult learning centers in the United States and Canada, including DeVry University Online.

 

Due to recent and future growth, we are seeking the right professional for our Nashville/ Central TN market. Primary responsibilities include:

1) Work with high schools in given territory mainly through our "Successfundamentals" workshop. This is an interactive presentation designed for high school seniors and juniors to help aid them in their future plans.

2) Work with local community colleges and military establishments to promote educational opportunities at DeVry University.

3) Follow-up with students interested in finding out more about DeVry University programs. These leads come from the workshop as well as multiple marketing support efforts through various media outlets.

4) Conduct college entrance interviews with prospective students.

5) Assist applicants in the registration process.

 

Qualifications:

1) Professional, ethical, and dependable

2) Bachelors degree

3) Reliable transportation

4) Self starter, able to work from home office and manage a large territory

5) Proven success in outside sales

6) Experience in proprietary education or local high school system a plus

7) Some overnight travel may be required due to size of territory, however most activity should take place in the Nashville area.
