SCORE!?s Management Training Program:

You will start as an Assistant Director, the first step in our career path. You will be given the tools and the training to develop into a Center Director, the manager and leader of an individual Center, within one to three years.





Assistant Directors are responsible for:

Consultative Sales

Lead and Visit Generation / Grass Roots Marketing

Tutoring Children in all Academic Areas

Acting as an academic role-model

Building and retaining great member relationships

Delivering high level customer service to all members

Managing daily business operations



Center Directors are responsible for:

Running the complete day to day operations of one Center

Managing as much as $800,000 in revenue

Supervising and developing a team of full-time and

part-time staff

Sales execution and new lead generation

Customer Satisfaction and retention

Strategic decision-making
