Environmental Services Training Manager

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES is a premier provider of managed services for the healthcare market place. We are currently recruiting for an Environmental Services Training Manager for a large healthcare facility in Nashville to plan, coordinate, and implement training and staff development programs.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties under the direction of the Corporate Director of Education and Development.

? Supports the ?Making A Difference? culture initiative.
? Implements training policies, programs, and schedules.
? Conducts on-the-job-training including technical skills training, health and safety practices, management development, and introduces changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.

Service training experience in Environmental Services/Housekeeping a must!
Healthcare experience a plus!
Contract management experience a plus!


Education and/or Experience

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
