The Ariel Group, experts in using theater techniques to teach ?Leadership Presence,? wants to expand its pool of smart and talented free lance facilitators located on the west coast and in the mid-west.

 

  Qualified Candidates will have all of the following:Professional acting experience (Most who work with us have decided to segue into the field of arts-based facilitation rather than continue to pursue their acting careers, due to the extensive travel) Corporate facilitation (Actual facilitation of designed programs, rather than only role-plays.) Business experience or high acumen New trainers must be willing to travel regularly to deliver work in the US, Europe and Asia, be team players with positive attitudes and be on a personal growth journey (continual self improvement).
