The Senior Division sales system is unique. We pull your leads through the computer SMARTT system, which allows our Agents and Managers to pull the leads that they want in the location they want. These leads include Combined policyholders, Non-Combined policyholders, Direct mail leads, responders and other lead sources. Our portfolio consists of Long Term Care, Medicare Supplements, Critical Care, and Life Insurance. 


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Sales Trainer/Manager to provide ongoing training to all levels of field sales and promote job proficiency, success, and career development.  This requires the candidate to communicate training results and customer status, both verbal and written documentation, to the sales and implementation teams.  The successful candidate will be one to take responsibility, gets passionate about learning a business and takes pride in other people's successes.
