The role of the Financial Aid Officer is to educate, advise and support students in the appropriate procedures to ensure the completion of all applicable grant, loan and scholarship applications. They also provide assistance to all applicants in the understanding and interpretation of applicable Federal, State and institutional requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service.REQUIREMENTS? Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations.
? Minimum of one year experience administering FFEL and PELL in a college setting.
? Strong customer service and organizational skills.
? Computer literacy.
