We currently seek a Graduate Employment Advisor to develop employment opportunities for graduates via industry networking and involvement in professional organizations.  This position actively coaches graduates and students on career search strategies, personal marketing, interview skills, self-promotion methods and materials.  This position is also responsible for actively and routinely seeking employer feedback and researching industry trends.  This position will be responsible for meeting quarterly placement and salary target goals, in addition to working with team members to meet overall department goals annually.

 

Previous college placement, or industry recruiting/placement background preferred. Bachelor's Degree with background/experience in game art industry preferred. Must be highly organized, outgoing professional with excellent human relations skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, follow-up and PC skills a must
