Learning Sciences International is the developer of highly effective professional development programs for K-12 educators. LSI is seeking candidates for the position of Grant and Proposal Writer to develop Request for Proposals (RFP) and grant proposals for professional development solutions. The work is engaging and rewarding and where you make a real difference in children?s lives through upgrading the skills of classroom teachers. Suitable candidates will be well organized, able to flourish in a fast-paced environment, and be a continuous, life-long learner. Experience in developing winning proposals, professional development, or project management is preferred.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

? Identify opportunities and develop winning proposals

? Work with a team to form solutions, develop budget, and craft a winning proposal strategy

? Organize and coordinate multiple projects

? Write technical documents with clarity and simplicity

 

Candidates should possess:

 

? Excellent writing skills

? Business-minded decision making skills

? Clear and concise communication style

? Experience organizing and coordinating projects and multitasking

? Track record of meeting commitments and deadlines

? Bachelor's Degree in related field supported by a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
