HRD Training Specialist

Responsible for the delivery of existing training programs. Prepares lesson plans, maintains training records, and analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to suggest changes for improvements. Responsible for training program delivery including mastering the materials and preparing lesson plans, both media and documentation to be presented. Supports design and development by creating instructor guides, training materials and revision of training curriculum.  Interfaces with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Conducts training evaluations, identifies trends and reports those for possible revision of curriculum or inclusion in updates, version releases, etc. Identifies best practices and provides feedback on program effectiveness.  Performs other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education):
Four-year college degree, required.  Two to four years related sales training experience required. Achieve Global or Zenger Miller Certification preferred.  Langevin Certified or any other training certifications preferred. Performance Consulting background or Human Performance Technology (HPT) experience a plus. Sales background or sales training experience preferred. This candidate will be required to travel.
