INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS DEVELOPER
Sonalysts, Inc., San Diego office is looking for an Instructional Systems Developer to assist in the design and development of computer-based training products for government and commercial clients. Tasks will include the following:
? Training requirements and cognitive task analyses;
? Media selection:
? Design and production of storyboards for interactive courseware (ICW) lessons;
? Design support for PC-based simulations:
? Coordination with military subject matter experts:
? Development of test packages; and
? ICW product review.
Must have either a Bachelor?s Degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Systems, Cognitive Psychology, or related field and 8 years related experience; or a Master?s Degree and 5 years experience. Computer programming and/or web development experience is a plus, as is experience with the Navy Integrated Learning Environment (ILE).
Must be U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance.
