Advancements and growth have led to an exciting opportunity in our Learning Group for an Instructional Design Team Lead.  This position will be responsible for designing and writing instructional documents for all modes of training. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

?  Conducting needs assessments, research and subject matter expert interviews

?  Creating design documents, writing storyboards, lesson scripts, and manuals

?  Working with a cross-functional team in the design and development of training materials

?  Conducting review and feedback sessions with customers

?  Managing contract and staff Instructional Designers

 

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in training-related field and a minimum

of  five years of business experience in designing and writing traditional and e-learning training materials.  Additionally we are seeking candidates with the following:Ability to translate proposal design into instructional sound deliverablesExcellent writing skillsStrong Communication skillsTeam player
