What you will do:

 Present enthusiastic, well prepared, organized, and clear lectures and classroom activities consistent with the course syllabus.Assist students in their quest for a careerProvide the student with timely information and feedback on his/her academic progress relative to quizzes, tests, homework and projects.Provide students with a complete syllabus containing course objectives on the first day of class.Participate in professional develop trainings and workshopsContinue education credits

 

 

Skills and experience you need:

 Certified or registered medical administrative health assistant2 years field office experienceAbility to be highly organized and detail orientedExcellent persuasive communication skillsAbility to interact effectively and professionallyAbility to prioritizeCustomer service orientedKnowledge of CPT and ICD coding and billing proceduresKnowledge of insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, PPO?s, HMO?s)Medical office software and Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Prior adult instructional experience a BIG PLUSCPR certification  HELPFUL
