Jr-Mid Level Instructional Designers

We are currently looking for Jr-Mid Level Instructional designers for opportunities located in the Orlando Market.

 

 

The Instructional Designer (ID) will work as an integral part of a collaborative interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) development team. The ID participates in all aspects of design and development for this effort that focuses on the transition from instructor-led, knowledge-based content to self-paced, performance-related web-based training. This position interfaces daily with other members of the development team, including Lead ID, peer IDs, graphic artists, and curriculum developers. The ideal candidate possesses strong conceptual and analytical skills, planning abilities, sound judgment and superior communication skills as well as the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment. Working knowledge of ISD principles and methodologies is critical.

 

Responsibilities include:

*Design and development of instructional strategies that meet the needs of adult learners in a web-based training environment

*Design and development of assessment schemas that measure the student?s mastery of course material and evaluate the student?s ability to perform job-related tasks

*Use storyboarding skills to communicate instructional strategies

 

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Education or Instructional Design Preferred

1-2 years of experience

 

Must be a US Citizen
