Learning Instructor

Summary   The REFG Learning Instructor/Designer is responsible for delivering and developing learning solutions that are aligned with business priorities and are delivered and developed with high levels of quality and efficiency.  Specifically, responsibilities include:

 

 Responsibilities

 

? Delivers dynamic, quality training live and live online.

? Develops and sustains strong relationships with internal and external customers.

? Learns new content quickly and thoroughly; develops a comprehensive understanding of real estate brands; value propositions; marketing tools; etc.

? Enhances course designs and explores alternative delivery strategies.

? Designs and develops courseware in both synchronous and asynchronous formats. 

? Conducts training needs analyses to understand the target population and their skill/knowledge and training requirements and works with Subject Matter Experts to obtain the appropriate content.

? Develops content outlines and design documents; designs user interfaces, screen layouts, templates and graphics to support learning content.  Also develops live programs and supporting materials such as leader?s guides, handouts, job aids, etc.

? Reviews student completion and feedback data to ensure solutions are delivered with high quality and efficiency levels.

? Consistently identifies ways to enhance the student experience.

? Learns new delivery platforms and techniques.

? Interacts with other Learning teams towards the successful coordination and implementation of training.

 

 Education and Experience

 

? HS Diploma

? Bachelor?s Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

? 4+ years combined experience in instructional design and live/live online training delivery

? Experience with authoring tools such as Dreamweaver, Toolbook, LCMS, Flash.

? Experience with graphic software such as Photoshop and Image Ready

? Experience developing for and delivering through Internet based classroom systems such as Centra, Webex, etc.
