Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator to support Eclipsys University.  Candidates should have the following skills and will be based in either our Atlanta, GA or Boston, MA office.

 

Responsibilities: Manages the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, support, usage, analysis and administration of existing LMS and Web Conferencing technology. Participates on the learning technology planning team to support the activities of assessing existing technologies; evaluating, proposing and selecting new technologies; and implementing solutions in a phased approach. Supports the delivery of online learning efforts for EU and other business units as needed and supports other team efforts as requested. Supports learning measurement and reporting functions. Performs administrative functions as needed.

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years experience as a system administrator or analyst function for a learning system or web-conferencing technology with experience using, deploying, administering and/or managing the system.  In addition, 2+ years experience coordinating or facilitating training in a corporate setting, preferably with experience in a virtual environment highly preferred.  Knowledge of web conferencing applications, learning management system tools, publishing and reporting tools preferred. Excellent communication and facilitation skills required. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a changing environment. Bachelor?s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred; or equivalent.
