Learning, Training and Development

1-Year Contract

Light to moderate overtime required during peak periods.

 

JOB DUTIES: Represent Learning, Training & Development (LTD) to the Engineering community. Assist with seminars/coaching during release of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & ENOVIA-Life Cycle Applications tools. Demonstrate use of Dassault Systemes PLM tool suite (CATIA V5, ENOVIA and/or DELMIA) to end-users and the processes they support.

Primary responsibility will be to provide end-user support by troubleshooting PLM problems and explaining the solutions to customers.  Beyond helping users in a one-to-one situation it is also expected that you will occasionally plan/conduct/analyze/use training gap analyses to develop measurable educational objectives. Use results of analyses to develop curriculum, define educational outcomes, and develop instruction modules that are consistent with company's engineering processes/methods and deliver learning solutions to groups of varying size.

Knowledge of Aerospace product life cycle processes Engineering/3D Model Based Design (MBD) Geometry CAE/CAM Creation processes/methods/preferred practices and Instructional design development process is expected.  Prefer a Subject Matter Expert in the use of ENOVIA, CATIA V5 and/or DELMIA software and prior experience using CATIA V4.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills/customer service/teamwork /dependability/initiative is required.

Bachelor's degree and 10 to 14 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 8 to 12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
