Learning and Development Senior Associate

We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Senior Associate to join us in our Montvale office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate a variety of tasks and responsibilities in order to help ensure complete and effective course content delivery, which include:
-Assistance with design and delivery of learning interventions instructor-led which includes, Klearn, self-studies and Local Office Training Programs
- Preparation of reports on measurement of effectiveness-analysis of evaluations
-Program, project and budget management including delivery team management
-Preparation and distribution of communications to instructors, developers, vendors and various other internal/external sources

QUALIFICATIONS:

?Bachelor?s degree, advanced degree or continuing education from an accredited college/university
?Strong relationship and project management skills
?Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
?Organized
?Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
?An interest in instructional design and learning and development
?Able to manage change on daily basis
?Effective verbal and written communication skills
?Proficiency with technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
?Able to function in high pressure situations
?Capable of managing competing priorities
?Able to prepare and coordinate course materials between content owner and production
