MASSAGE THERAPY INSTRUCTOR

We are currently seeking a MASSAGE THERAPY INSTRUCTOR to join our Trevose, PA team.

Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and deliver lecture and lab demonstrations as outlined in curriculum.
Facilitate class discussions.
Ensure student's conceptual understanding of employability skills.
Research, update and augment lecture material and lab skills.
Directly supervise daily activities and tasks of students.
Promote student achievement of skills and behavior through demonstration and repetition.
Conduct tutorial sessions as needed.
Seek alternatives to improving student outcomes, reducing attrition and improving retention.
Demonstrate effective teaching skills.
Track and advise students of their academic and attendance progress.
Administer grades and ensure accuracy of all student records.
Stay current with trends in vocational education and allied health through research and professional development.

Requirements:
Graduated from minimum 500 hour Massage Therapy Program.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Massage Therapist.
Prior teaching experience and a degree preferred.
