Management Training Advisor

Your job will provide New Financial Advisors (FA) development training and program management support for their aligned regions. You will help drive various product and sales initiatives in support of firm's Wealth Management platform. You will provide training and facilitation support throughout the various stages of the New FA Development Training Program. You will assist in curriculum design and continuous improvement of New FA Development Program. You will review and evaluate Stage 1 individual New FA assessment activity. You will provide individualized coaching support as it relates to consultative selling skills and business plan development for New FAs during Stage 2 training. You will facilitate major market cluster meetings in the field, conduct field conference calls, and branch visits in support of New FA development goals and to ensure branch accountability during Stage 3 production period. You will partner with and provide ongoing feedback to Business Technology Advisors (BTA), Regional Directors (RD) and Branch/Operations Managers (BOM) on New FA performance. You train and provide ongoing coaching tools as needed. You will partner with National Sales, RDs, Sales Managers and BOMs to drive firm's Wealth Management and product and service sales initiatives. You will partner with Divisional Hiring Officers as it relates to ensuring quality candidate selection and assessing viability of New FA business plans.

Basic Qualifications
You are a college graduate, an advanced degree in finance given additional consideration. You have 7 - 10 years branch experience or financial industry experience. You have experience in delivering similar programs in the financial industry, banks, investment banks, University and MBA programs. You have experience in Financial Services Industry role. You possess excellent verbal and written skills. You should be assessed favorably as a candidate for Branch Management.

Preferred Qualifications
You have experience in Financial Services Industry role, preferably retail brokerage environment.
