Manager Sales Force Development The Manager of Sales Force Development will be responsible for creating and delivering sales training curriculums and performance development solutions to the field sales organization in support of the achievement of Building Efficiency’s business goals. This role is key to driving revenue for the organization by providing effective tools and development to our sales force from hiring and on-boarding of new sales representatives to the continuous development of experienced sales managers. Primary responsibilities of the job include:Developing and sustaining strong partnerships with sales leaders Partnering with sales leaders on key priorities, current initiatives and sales performance requirements Proactively researching best practices in sales and sales management and bringing those ideas into the organization Aligning performance development projects with business initiatives and sales goal achievement Developing curriculums that deliver integrated, holistic, timely and relevant sales training, using  a variety of media for effective delivery Ensuring world-class delivery of curriculums Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of training and performance development initiatives on sales performance Developing a team of world-class curriculum developers and instructors Managing vendor relationshipsThis position reports to the Director of Learning & Development for North America.
