Description:
Responsible for the management of Metavante's Leadership development programs across the corporation, including design of an overall leadership development framework as well as of design, solutioning, and delivery of individual programs.
DIMENSIONS/SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
? Reports to manager of Human Resources Corporate Employee Education and Development function.
? Manage design, development and promotion of leadership development programs processes and tools for individual contributors, frontline managers, and mid/senior level managers.
? Partner with Metavante leaders to understand business drivers through effective needs analysis.
? Select and manage third party vendors who deliver related programs to the organization.
? Create best practices in building talent in a consultative manner.
Requirements:
? Bachelors, Masters preferred in organizational and or leadership development
? 8+ years experience in a larger-scale corporate environment in a technology, financial/insurance, or other primarily professional level audience; must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering effective solutions related to leadership development

? Instructional design knowledge and skills; knowledge of adult learning theory, needs assessment, curricula design, evaluation and measurement, delivery methods and approaches, and facilitation and coaching.
? Excellent classroom training and group facilitation skills.
? Business consulting skills; comfortable with and experienced in working with senior management; ability to understand business strategies and translate best practices into practical business solutions; ability to coach and provide recommendations to leaders regarding effective means of training and developing talent.
