Manufacturing Trainer

Growing manufacturer looking for Training Coordinator to be responsible for planning and implementation of training & development programs for employees Promote environment and encourage opportunities  Act as a coach to leadership, helping develop leadership practices Coordinate with Supervisors to help shape and implement vision and strategies for the departments  Develop effective working relationships within the departments Demonstrate a positive attitude in all interactions Initiative in resolving team issues, clarifying direction, seeking and providing feedback to a team Manages delivery of training programs and learning services which include; seminars, schools, courses and videos Evaluate situations objectively and demonstrate the ability to make timely decisions Use creative approaches and ideas to solve problems Demonstrates flexibility, responds positively and supports changes  Demonstrates a commitment to safe, clean and orderly work environment

 

Associates degree; or six months to one year related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
