Position Accountabilities The following are essential job accountabilities:
25% Conduct needs analyses and develop performance strategies and solutions linked to business objectives to align curriculum and performance solutions with business results.
25% Design and development of learning solutions
10% Develop and implement evaluation strategies for learning programs
25% Manage project implementation in conjunction with business partners, LCOE, other HR associates and vendors
10% Manage and lead the internal development team
5% Work with managers to ensure delivery capability of products produced

- Possess an understanding of computer/human interaction design
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory

- Master?s degree or equivalent business experience
- Instruction design courses, certification or degree ideal

Minimum Experience - 10 years work experience

Minimum Field-of-Expertise - 5 years in training and development or HR

Preferred Field-of-Expertise - 7-10 years in training and development or HR

Position Summary

This position is responsible for generating performance improvement though leading the development of curriculum, proprietary elearning, job aids and other supporting learning materials. This position is also responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of internal staff and any consultants engaged in Randstad projects.
