ONCOLOGY TRANING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop and deliver therapeutic training workshops. Develop and
maintain current therapeutic materials and manuals. Participate in
multidisciplinary teams. Work with Marketing and Sales to design and develop
and implement POA workshops. Serve as training consultant and assist in
developing strategy and promotional materials and sales aids. Coach newly hired
representatives on therapeutic strengths and weaknesses. Work with Marketing to
develop product learning continuums.

Job Requirements/Education:

Market Industry Knowledge and Business Planning and Compliance Product
knowledge and understanding of disease states. Basic knowledge of adult
learning principles. Excellent oral communication and writing skills Experience
in group presentations Basic understanding of Managed Health Care markets.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint and Excel. Oncology
Specialty Experience Preferred OR Extensive Scientific Experience/Background.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
