The Online Admissions Counselor is responsible for responding to student inquiries regarding enrollment in the online programs of Post University. The admissions counselor will utilize relationship building skills, excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to gain commitment from prospective students in this high volume position.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding established enrollment goals and reporting goals, manage student data, effectively respond to prospective student inquiries and guide students through the enrollment process. Bachelors degree preferred in a relevant field and a minimum of two years experience working in a high volume environment.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, goal oriented individual that clearly understands the need to meet or exceed established goals, have excellent communication and listening skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency with complex computer software applications. Prior sales experience in a call center environment or inside sales experience.
