Operations Specialist

Your primary duties will be to perform non-manual, on-site administrative and technical services at the Company?s customer locations. These duties will require you to understand the customer?s business operations, policies and procedures as they relate to such things as its point-of-sale system, cash management procedures, customer ordering and traffic flow, order fulfillment, labor scheduling, sales reporting and reconciliation, and employee training, among others. You will provide support and training to customer store management and employees to implement the Company?s computer system products and integrate them with the customer?s existing store operations. You will also be called upon to provide administrative and supervisory support to the customer in connection with necessary site preparations and the installation of the Company?s products at the customer site.

- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Successful experience in interacting with client executive, management and staff levels
- Strong communication skills
- Project Management skills; ability to multi task on multiple projects
- Willingness to travel
- Strong analytical skills
- Focus on customer care orientation; dedicated to excellence
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
- Outstanding time management skills; organization skills and must be self directed

- Restaurant and/or Theatre Management a plus
- Point of Sale system experience a plus

- Basic accounting skills required
