Preschool Director

Chesterbrook Academy, part of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., is seeking a dynamic Preschool Director for our location in Toms River, NJ.


The Director provides the school with essential leadership skills to ensure the school's success by forging and maintaining meaningful relationships with parents, children, teachers, and the community. This position requires a high-energy individual with the ability to plan and achieve positive educational and business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Carrying out the school?s mission
-Overseeing the day to day operations
-Marketing and driving enrollment
-Oversight of ancillary and before and after -school programs
-Financial management and budgeting
-Staff relations, hiring and training
-Program planning and assessment

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates will possess:
-Bachelor's degree, Early Childhood Education major preferred.
-Two years management experience including staff and financial management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience with curriculum implementation and teacher assessments.
-Knowledgable of preschool licensing requirements.
