Professional Coach/Trainer - Management & Leadership Programs

Our client, a premier provider of customized management and leadership programs, is actively recruiting for a top-notch trainer to assume key role in their well-established, but rapidly-expanding, organization. This firm is a leader in its field and helps companies develop a culture of peak performance. This role will involve traveling to clients throughout the US to deliver training programs as well as, as needed, providing one-on-one coaching to individuals.
Seek a seasoned and quality-driven training/coaching professional with a successful track record leading courses in management, leadership and interpersonal relations. Seek a candidate who enjoys working with multiple and varied clients, adapts to changing environments readily and offers the kind of commanding but compassionate delivery style that is critical to interpersonal consultation.
Corporate training bkgd a plus but will eagerly consider those with academic bkgd assuming other criteria are met. MS/PhD expected and psychology bkgd desirable. Only candidates who are professional trainers/coaches and have an impressive background in professional training will be considered. Travel will approximate 60%.  Compensation will be generous---need top-tier trainer and will pay accordingly. Will relocate the right candidate.
